Rowena Coutts - Chair
Deputy Vice Chancellor, University of Ballarat, responsible for Corporate Services including business development; the Ballarat Technology Park; international operations; governance; human resources and public relations.

My focus is the future.. through provision of strong governance in financial, physical and human resource planning and review, the Board can help provide opportunities for all our students to experience a balanced education and achieve their potential both personally and academically, in conjunction with providing for the continuing professional development of our staff.

David Sewell
Attended Ballarat College 1959 to1963 and since then has been farming at Smeaton with his wife Lorraine. David's three children are Old Collegians.

I believe good governance and the provision of first-class learning and teaching facilities for our students and staff are two of many important issues on which to focus.
 

Joanne Barber

I have a background in early childhood education. As a director of Springhill Farm I am passionate about the food industry and future directions.

My focus is to understand and define the unique qualities of BCC and to use this as a platform to ensure the continued wellbeing of the College today and into the future.
Michael Clark
Retired from paid work.

My focus is buildings and infrastructure with a particular interest in sustainability.
Steven Coltman
General Manager Profast Panels (produces concrete products for the building industry), previously Director, Coltman Mitre 10, Ballarat and Deputy Director, Mitre
10 Australia. Steven and Sophie's two children are
fourth-generation College students.

My focus is to help build on the school's success and help
to guide its long-term directions so that future generations may benefit from a quality BCC education.

John Fogarty
Chief Executive Officer, St John of God Hospital, Ballarat, responsible for the overall strategic direction of the hospital including the completion of its $65 million redevelopment.

My focus is to assist the College achieve its objectives both now and into the future as it seeks to shape our future leaders. I believe I can provide support to the Council and the College community by bringing my management expertise to the table. I also believe that I will gain valuable insights and learning that will assist me in my own professional role.

Deputy Vice-Chancellor incorporating the Statutory Office of Directory of TAFE, with primary responsibility for the TAFE portfolio at University of Ballarat.

My focus is contributing to a school that prioritises a high-quality, holistic approach to education.
